25th Anniversary - Rising White
Here is the second release of limited edition anniversary models to mark the 25th birithday of the G-SHOCK, which has been setting the standard for modern personal timekeeping toughness since 1983.
Back in 1996, there were almost no white wristwatches and the "semi-official" color of the G-SHOCK was black. CASIO broke with G-SHOCK tradition back then by releasing his-and-hers models in white, which became hugely popular.
White even went on to become one of the representative colors of the Baby-g. Now CASIO is reliving those days by releasing new G-SHOCK models based on 1980s designs, in brilliant white.
These new models feature gold colored metal for the back cover, buckle, screws, and other components. All models have gold on black displays for a distinctive look that also is easy to read. The back covers of these models are engraved with a special 25th anniversary logo.
