Gravity Defier

From the tough and rugged G-SHOCK lineup comes the latest addition to the Gravity Defier Series of timepieces designed to recreate the feel of aviation instruments.
The handsome analog-digital combination face of this new model looks just like the advanced instruments found in today’s modern aircraft. Tough Solar and other powerful features and functions make this model the perfect combination of great performance and great looks.
Large Arabic numerals at 12 and 6 o’clock combine with sharply pointed hands for easy reading. Luminous material are used at strategic positions on the face for easy reading, even in the dark.
Of course, this models also features all of the characteristic toughness and durability that has made the G-SHCOK the timepiece of choice the world over. The bezel is made of a combination of stainless steel and resin that contributes both to an elegant appearance and lighter weight.
In line with the name of the series, these models have been developed in the image of air show acrobat pilots who literally defy the forces of gravity.
The design combines G-SHOCK toughness along with a face that incorporates the fine detail of an aircraft panel instrument, which houses digital-analog combination timekeeping and a Tough Solar power system.
In 2009, the G-SHOCK became an official team supporter of the Red Bull Air Race World Championship, and is supporting pilot Matthias Dolderer.
